We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning systems for our diverse client base. The role will involve both commercial and residential projects, with occasional work in regional areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems according to specifications
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Mentor and guide apprentices (an apprentice can be provided if desired)
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service at all times

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Solid experience as an Air Conditioning Technician, with a focus on commercial and residential projects
- Valid qualifications and licenses related to air conditioning systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license
