- immediateOur Sydney based client is looking for an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant specialising in Kronos system implementation, set up and configuration, also having experience with Kronos T&A in WFC.

**What You'll Do**

- Participate in delivering Kronos configuration updates in line with defined governance and process.
- Engage with stakeholders, facilitate and develop communications and trainings plans for Service Delivery and the Business as they relate to key cycles and processes. Maintain and update documentation associated with any system enhancements including workbooks and testing scripts.
- Assist the Project Manager/Scrum Master with scope, issue, and risk management. Assist in identifying the process and change impacts from the selected solution designs.

**What You'll Bring**
- Strong experience in solution design with the ability to build solutions that are easily supportable and meet business needs.
- Preferably some experience with Forecasting and Scheduling, but not mandatory
- Ability to manage a team of permanent and contract functional resources and ensure the timely and quality delivery of solutions through that team.
- Knowledge of end-to-end development processes and methodologies.
