We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Boost Juice store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing a team of staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train and supervise a team of staff, ensuring they are motivated and delivering high-quality customer service
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure the store is clean and well-presented at all times
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Undertake Rostering
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bass Hill, NSW 2197: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
