**About the Role**:
One of our clients is seeking a passionate Reception & Customer Liaison Officer. The ideal person for this role will have experience working in a reception function and possess strong administration skills. You will be a natural at welcoming and helping people, including listening to their needs, answering their enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the reception area, taking incoming calls, re-directing calls, and greeting visitors.
- Managing and coordinating meeting room schedules, including set up, and pack up.
- Working in conjunction with IT to ensure all meeting room Audio Vision equipment is maintained and operational.
- Facilities and supply management, including coordinating cleaners, keeping compliance registers, building maintenance, liaising with the landlord, maintaining office supplies and furniture.
- Payment of service bills & insurances as directed by the EA.
- Coordination & administration of company specific memberships & licences.
- Coordinating services & trade specific account cards and maintaining a register of these cards.
- Assistance in coordinating all internal & external events.
- Assistance with the preparation of Staff induction material and Client hand over packs.

- High level of organisational and administration skills
- Presents well through excellent interpersonal and communication ability

- High level of computer skills and comfortable with technology
