**About the Role**:
As a Care Partner, you'll be the ray of sunshine in the lives of our elderly residents at their Aged Care Facility. Your job? Well, it's all about providing that personal touch - from helping with daily tasks to offering a listening ear when it's needed most.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Assisting residents with everyday stuff like showers, dressing, and meds.
- Being there for them emotionally and making each day a little brighter.
- Keeping an eye on their wellbeing and letting the nurses know if something's up.
- Documenting their progress and cheering them on every step of the way.
- Building awesome relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Learning and growing through training opportunities because, hey, they're all about personal development

**What You Bring**:

- Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent
- Previous aged care experience, advantageous
- A heart full of compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- The ability to adapt to whatever the day throws your way - we're all about rolling with the punches
- A knack for problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
- Basic computer skills - nothing too fancy, just enough to keep things running smoothly.
- **Full working rights for Australia**
- (Permanent residents or citizens only). These are full-time, permanent positions, so we can only consider individuals who have full working rights for Australia, with no end date or restrictions on hours allowed to work.

**Pay Rate**: $30.11 per hour day rate + 12.5% Increment for Afternoon Shift/15% for Night Shift/150% for Saturday/175% for Sunday/250% for Public Holidays on set shifts
