**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a care team member with Prestige Inhome Care, you will work collaboratively with the larger nursing and care team to provide high quality care services to clients needing support in
**Sunshine Beach.**

Tasks include:

- Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
- Be proactive with our clients’ needs
- Personal care and general household duties to ensure the client receives the most extraordinary care
- Assisting with patient with any personal care requirements
- Maintaining records and communicating with doctors
- Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to honour client requests
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within interdisciplinary team
- Work 1:1 with clients and their families in the home setting

What are we looking for?
- **Minimum 1 year of previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care is a must.**:

- **Need to have a Certificate III Individual Support or Certificate IV Disability.**:

- Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle would be preferred
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain one
- Strong Manual Handling experience
- Willing to do long hour shifts
