ACFS sites are strategically positioned with close proximity to all major ports. These locations ensure that our operations have dynamic and efficient access to wharf terminals.

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance & Repair Clerk** to join our team and work out of our Port of Brisbane Facility. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding service to our importer, exporter, carrier and shipping line customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct all duties and procedures in accordance with all applicable legislation, regulations and Australian Standards.
- Support and participate in Site Safety Meetings, tool box meetings, and operational meetings
- Support hazard and safety incident communication protocols, including reporting and participation in incident investigation, corrective action and follow-up
- Using Maximus to validate the import pre-booking details as supplied by the carrier and ensuring all data is accurate
- Monitor the Transport Pending Arrival Screen to manage carriers and ensure stock is available
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including customers, truck and forklift drivers, yard personnel and office staff
- Ensure data entry of repairs to shipping containers is accurately recorded and maintained
- Undertake cross-training in other departments to support the business and assist other team members
- Liaise with clients and the e-Depot Manager on all maintenance and repair issues

**About you**
- Working knowledge of Transport systems and Operations
- Sound working knowledge of Management and Distribution systems including **Maximus System** (Counterchain)
- Sound empty container park experience and skills
- Sound knowledge of PFS
- Attention to detail
- Proven customer service skills and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills allowing you to multi-task and work well under pressure
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel and Word is essential
- Ability to think creatively and use initiative to work independently, as well as collaborating in a team environment.
- The ability to problem-solve and be resolution focused
- Previous experience in data entry positions
