**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Outlet Manager to join our quick-service retail operation at outer eastern suburbs.
**What This Role Will Involve**:
Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
Overseeing staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
Managing stock, inventory and cash
Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
Collaborating with the management team to achieve a great working environment
**Skills and Experiences**:
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong cash, stock and labour control skills
Access to your own reliable transport (essential)
