**Summary**
We are seeking a Branch Assistant to join one of our Lincoln Sentry Branches located in Cardiff, Newcastle, NSW
**About the role**
As a Branch Assistant for Lincoln Sentry, you will be working on the trade counter assisting our customers either in front end sales transactions and processes or in our warehouse picking & packing and fulfilment of their orders.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phone enquiries, orders, handling sales enquiries and resolution of any customer concerns
- Transacting the end-to-end processing of customer orders
- General warehousing duties - picking & packing orders, inventory controls
- Customer deliveries
- Front counter customer service and active in the Trade Retail environment to engage customers in the sales process.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products and systems
- Positive attitude and ability to engage in conversations that develop the branch

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude. Your customer centric approach and eye for detail will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment. In addition, you will also possess:
- Intermediate computer skills - SAP is advantageous
- Prior experience in a trade retail or warehouse would be preferred but not essential
- Current Drivers license & Forklift license (desired)
- Knowledge of the cabinetry, fabrication or hardware market will be highly regarded
- Excellent communications skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
- A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kgs occasionally
