Ballarat, Australia Central Machinery Services Full time

Central Machinery Services, Ballarat’s leading Farm Machinery Dealership and Service Centre. Home of leading brands in the agricultural industry, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, Iseki, Gleaner, AgriSpread, Can-Am, Croplands, Trimble, Rogator and Silvan.

Due to our rapid growth and increasing volume of parts orders, CMS is now looking for an additional full-time Parts Interpreter. No prior experience is required but would be preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
You must have permanent rights to work in Australia without restrictions
- Be able to facilitate efficient parts interpreting for both trade, retail and service customers
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Good time management skills
- Collate and process quotes, sales and purchase orders
- Effectively respond to and follow up all enquiries in a within reasonable time frames
- Work as a valuable member in a team environment
- Contacting freight carriers/suppliers when issues arise
- Answering phone calls from customers and front counter enquiries
- Picking, packing and inwards/outwards goods
- Manual handling of up to 20kg will be required
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and well organised
- Understanding and adherence to Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Other duties as required from time to time as directed by the Manager
- Be double vaccinated against Covid-19, or willing to be as per government legislation

**Essential Requirements**:

- Motivated attitude
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn computer systems
- Attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to work with others toward business objectives
- Current driver's licence

**Preferred requirements (not essential)**:

- Agricultural parts experience
- A forklift licence

**The Details**:

- **Hours**: Full time, Mon-Fri with alternating Saturdays
- ** Location**: Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.
- ** Salary**: Based on experience.
- ** Commencement**: Immediate start
