Workforce Planner

**THE ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO**:

- Conduct effective short, medium, and long term forecasting for the Customer Hub to ensure staffing levels are aligned with expected customer demand
- Develop and manage capacity planning, rosters, post-roster reviews and analysis to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity and drive continuous improvement across the Customer Hub
- Participate in the development of automated monitoring and reporting tools to support operational decision making
- Work closely with stakeholders from across the business to understand and plan for upcoming activities along with reports
- Optimise staffing levels to deliver targeted service levels, productivity, sales and efficiencies
- Establish workforce planning policies, procedures and disciplines and will assist in creating, developing and maintaining a safe, positive, supportive and inclusive work environment for the team

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in workforce planning and forecasting in a 100 plus seat retail sales Customer Hub
- Knowledge of workforce management software, tools, and methodologies and experience in roster generation and optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in building strong relationships
- Excellent people skills with a strong ability to manage and motivate teams
- Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and make informed decisions with a strong business acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
