Inspired by urban surf, we're a rapidly growing business with over 40 stores in Australia and a team of over 500 committed individuals. We curate the best brands, teams and spaces and now we're on the hunt for the right person to be our Store Manager at our Cranbourne store on a parental leave contract.
**About the role...**
We are seeking a Manager to join our team at our Cranbourne store on a fixed term parental leave contract beginning in August. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Team leadership, management and administration
- Meeting targets and KPI's
- Maintaining merchandising standards
- Stock management/ Inventory control
- Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service

You enjoy a fast paced, dynamic environment to showcase their amazing sales ability, vibrant personality and strong leadership skills. In particular you will have;
- The ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Demonstrated experience in leading a retail team
- Enjoy and thrive in Multi-tasking and problem solving
