**The Role**

The Sustainability Reporting and Disclosures Manager is a global position that will be a part of the highly recognised sustainability reporting team of Brambles. The primary responsibility of this position is to communicate Brambles' sustainability program, regenerative vision, and ambition to both internal and external stakeholders. The role will ensure that the brand is visible and credible to all stakeholders. As the ESG landscape continues to evolve, the position will advise on the implications of increasing stakeholder expectations, ESG frameworks, and regulations.

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Work across the business to collect, cleanse, verify and analyse sustainability/ESG performance data
- Lead and project manage the analysis and development of sustainability/ESG metrics and targets, and support business units through SME advice
- Develop strategic insights relating to ESG, including analysis and response to emerging trends and sustainability issues
- Support the analysis and development of sustainability/ESG metrics and targets
- Project manage the Sustainability Team’s Integrated Reporting initiative
- Support Brambles’ externally published Sustainability Reporting disclosures, with reference to international sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., Integrated Reporting Framework, GRI, TCFD, TNFD, UN SDGs and any future requirements under the IFRS’s standards.
- Support preparation of reporting requirements including reports and papers to the Board and Committees, Sustainability Sub-Committee of ExCo, responses to investors, and shareholders (as required)

**About You**

You are curious and creative and want to be involved in transformational work. You are adaptable, highly organised and detailed-oriented with experience in leading and project managing global sustainability reporting projects including assurance processes.

Additionally, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant sustainability/environmental field
- Experience in data modelling, analysis and development of KPI scorecards.
- Experience in external reporting to the market (investors) and ratings agencies.
- Climate change, Greenhouse Gas Accounting, Decarbonisation knowledge and experience (desirable, not essential).
- Knowledge of project management, planning, resourcing, budgeting, & controlling activities.
- Ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional written, and excellent verbal, and interpersonal, skills.
