The Star Gold Coast are currently looking for a Surveillance Trainee Operator to join our Surveillance team. A Surveillance Operator is responsible for the surveillance of the operation and conduct of the casino floor, cashier cages, count rooms and other back of house areas. The team are responsible for providing effective and efficient response to all safety & security communication needs for the property to maintain a safe environment for patrons and team members.

**To be successful you will have**:

- A high level of personal integrity and the ability to work in a highly restricted and confidential environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations in a timely and professional manner
- Sharp observation skills and excellent retentive memory
- Self-discipline and the ability to follow regimented procedures
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude as well as moderate to advanced computer skills
