We're looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable individual who are focused and motivated with experience in retail sales to join the team on a casual basis. - Some of the key responsibilities include:_ - Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service - Giving advice and solutions to customers - Achieving KPIs and sales budgets - Processing sales orders and quotes - Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives - Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping - Set up in-store promotions and merchandising - Be involved in stock control and management - Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock - Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. - Dealing with customer refunds - Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team - Water Testing for customers - Other tasks and duties as required - To be considered for this role applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:_ - Ability to work as part of a team - Effective time management skills - A passion and drive for Customer Service - High level of verbal and written communication skills - Outgoing and enthusiastic personality - Work in a fast paced team environment - Proficient computer skills - Commercial/Trade industry experience PREFERRED - Able to work weekends and public holidays is ESSENTIAL If you feel you have what it takes to join us and build your career, we want to hear from you Employer questions - Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia? - How many years' experience do you have as a sales assistant? - Do you have customer service experience? - Do you have experience using point of sale (POS) software? - Do you have visual merchandising experience? - Do you own or have regular access to a car? - Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment? **Job Type**: Casual **Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Professional development assistance Schedule: - Day shift - Rotating roster - Weekend availability Application Question(s): - Experience in Pool products and service is not essential but would be viewed favorable and preferred. **Experience**: - Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (required) - Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (required) - Customer service and sales: 1 year (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
