The Role – Buyer Extraordinaire

This isn't just another retail job. As a Buyer, you're part valuer, part problem solver, and part customer experience guru.

You'll be:

  • Engaging directly with customers who are selling items — from phones to guitars, watches to consoles, and everything in between

  • Assessing value quickly and fairly, using both your judgment and our systems

  • Negotiating purchases that balance great customer service with smart business sense

  • Keeping stock flowing through to Retail and Online teams

  • Spotting the gold — literally. An interest or background in jewellery and precious metals is a major plus

  • Staying sharp on trends, prices, and what sells — both in-store and online

Who We're Looking For

We want retail legends who are ready for something more hands-on, more interesting, and more rewarding. You might have a background in retail, customer service, tech sales, pawnbroking, or you're just someone who thrives on connection and decision-making.

You'll be a great fit if you:
