Lead a team of 9, driving excellence in civil maintenance, ensuring all contract requirements are met. The role primarily operates during day shifts, with one week per month or quarter dedicated to cooler months.
- As part of the team, you'll oversee the efficient delivery of civil maintenance, landscaping, and civil works, contributing to the smooth operation of motorway assets.

- We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Do you have the skills and experience to lead a successful civil team? Here's what we're looking for:

- **1-2 years of supervisory experience** in a similar role
- A **collaborative leadership style** that inspires teamwork and success
- Strong **multi-tasking abilities**, able to manage a diverse workload and maintain performance under pressure
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- Strong **problem-solving skills**, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Solid understanding of **WHS, risk management**, and **hazard identification**:

- Willingness to work **overtime** when required
- A valid **General Construction Industry Induction card** (White Card)
- An **Implement Traffic Management Plan** card (Yellow Traffic Ticket)
- A current **MR Driver Licence** or higher
- A **civil trade background** or similar expertise
