**REQUIREMENT**:

- Support for the VIO and Storage within the Pureflex Environment during 8x5 Hours of
- Support plus on-call support 24 x7 for Priority 1 and Priority 2 Incidents.
- Monitoring all hardware using EPS HMC's 8X5 - this is a manual activity and must be performed at least once per day responding to, managing and resolving Incidents and Problems;
- Managing the VIO as it relates to p-series infrastructure up to hypervisor level including patching (includes p-nodes, VIO's and CMM management);
- Managing the Pureflex Storage on SAN boxes, including storage switch management
- Perform Pureflex re-boots in support of hardware support activities;
- ITM Agent monitoring for VIO, and if there are any issues, coordinating with ITM team to restart agent etc).
- Managing the VMware environment for Pureflex;
- Placing calls on hardware provider where a hardware fault is detected;
- Providing HMC access required for Supplier resources
- Level 1 Support for Brocade Switches;
- Secondary controls - UAR (user access revalidation) function for Supplier employees only, performed on an annual basis using the Supplier UAR process; only, performed on an annual basis using the Supplier UAR process;
- Execution of DR steps specific to Pureflex hardware during a real Disaster event,
