**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- The Lifestyle and Wellness Manager is an integral role within Mercy Health's Healthy Ageing division. The role will lead, develop and support the national lifestyle and wellness program across the residential portfolio. This includes Lifestyle activities and Allied Health / Physio for all of our Aged Care homes nationally.
- You will coach, mentor and provide operational support to the Lifestyle Coordinators and Service/General Managers and maintain the contract management of allied health services.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Diversional Therapy, Health Promotion, Health Science/Allied Health/Gerontology/Natural Medicine or equivalent
- Operational experience in implementing national programs
- Experience in educating and training of a variety of age groups
- Demonstrated experience in working in aged care
- Flexibility to travel as required
