Join a Large Canberra-base Federal Government Department as a Support Specialist for a 12-month contract.

**Your new company**

Located in Canberra, this Federal Government Organisation has multiple exciting opportunities to available. They are looking for Infrastructure Support Specialists, Asset Managers and Service Desk Analysts. You will work in a dedicated ICT division.

**Your new role**

As part of these roles, you can expect to:

- Provide remote and on-site incident resolutions using diagnostic skills for sophisticated equipment and/or systems
- Work collaboratively with managers and employees to build an in depth understanding their operational needs, to provide tailored ICT solutions that address issues, create efficiency and build knowledge.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in Level 1 and 2 ICT Support roles.
- Excellent communication skills both via telephone and face-to-face,
- Minimum NV1 Clarence.
