**Your Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and report on BGIS (BMS) and subcontractor performance against contractual obligations.
- Ensure accuracy of data within BGIS systems and reporting portals.
- Develop and maintain BGIS processes and procedures for performance management.
- Deliver training to client and teams on the BGIS Performance Centre.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with the ISS service agreement.
- Manage the client Quote Approval Process and ensure KPIs are met.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of external service providers, including the BGIS Call Centre.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Industry Expertise**: Experience in subcontract management, facilities management, or related outsourcing services.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze, interpret, and report on facility and financial data, including complex KPIs.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- **Organizational Excellence**: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- **Leadership**: Proven capability to lead, manage, and influence business relationships positively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to adapt and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Familiarity with QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
