**Job Description**:
Do you have a passion for helping families build strong and positive relationships? EACH is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Parent Child Mother Goose** **Facilitator to deliver our program that focuses on supporting parent-child attachment through the use of rhymes, songs, and stories.

As a **Parent Child Mother Goose Facilitator,** you will be responsible for identifying and building a supportive group where parents can feel comfortable while building their skills and confidence. You will join in with caregivers and children by sitting on the floor and participating in storytelling, rhymes, and songs, modelling and nurturing positive and joyful interactions between parents, carers, and children.

The program is similar to a playgroup but with a unique approach requiring no equipment or toys. Through interactive teaching aimed at parents, you will empower them to learn rhymes and stories that they can use at other times with their children throughout their day. The service consists of a one-hour teaching program for rhymes, songs, and stories, with an additional 15 minutes to half an hour for parents to get to know each other and share experiences.

**Qualifications**:
We're looking for someone with prior experience in communicating effectively with children and parents, lived experience as a parent or caregiver, and ideally, previous group facilitation experience. You'll also have knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to identify families that may benefit from this program.

Accreditation as a PCMG Facilitator Level 1 or similar is highly regarded, as is experience working with families facing social deprivation or other challenges.
