We are committed to advancing the field of oncology through innovative research and development. We are seeking for a passionate and driven M**edical Manager, Oncology** to join our team and take ownership of our oncology portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team of 4 Medical Science Liaisons, will be based in Sydney, and is directly reporting to Country Medical Director, Australia & New Zealand.

**Your Role**
- Provide strategic direction and oversee management of the oncology portfolio.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Offer medical expertise and support for clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and product launches.
- Design and deliver training programs for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, sharing scientific knowledge and support.
- Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities in oncology.

**Who you are**:

- Medical degree (MD) or PhD in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the Oncology field.
- Solid background in oncology, with a deep understanding of the therapeutic landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related areas.
- Proven leadership experience, working in multinational organisation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
