Robotics Trainer

Aerobotics Global a leading STEM education provider company specializing in Robotics and Coding and is looking to hire robotics trainers. The trainers will be responsible to teach students from Grade 1 to Grade 10. This role requires you to engage with primary school students. You will be teaching children to build and code robots.

As you will be working with children, we are looking for trainers who are passionate about STEM/teaching and want to inspire the next generation of problem solvers. Fun and interesting work environment with a flexible work schedule and can work around your university schedule and other commitments.
- Engineering Qualification (Bachelors/masters) or Completed Year 12 (VCE or equivalent) from Australia, New Zealand, or similar. OR Completing a teaching degree.
- Familiar with coding concepts C++/python
- Experience with robotics using Arduino and RaspberryPi
- Knowledge of embedded systems
- Logical and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to perform ad-hoc tasks including setting up the venue, carrying the kits, and cleaning up afterwards
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Long-term commitment preferred.

**Essential requirements**:

- Working With Children Check (Employee) or willingness to Obtain one
- Access to own car and valid driving license (ESSENTIAL)
- Double vaccinated (ESSENTIAL)(booster if applicable)

**PLEASE NOTE**: This is a part-time opportunity with shifts ranging from 1 hour to 3 hours per week and only on weekdays based upon your availability.

**Salary**: $25.27 - $79.58 per hour
