We are looking for support workers to join our organisation on a casual basis.

We are a new organisation, however our senior management team have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Our organisation is expanding and growing through out Sydney and Northern NSW at a rapid pace due to the positive recommendations within the industry, and we are welcoming new clients regularly.

Our Support Workers are responsible for encouraging, inspiring and supporting our clients, this will include:

- Meal Preparation
- Support in home
- Domestic Duties
- Community Access
- Social Support
- Shift Notes.

The position will be casual, and rostered over a 24/7 rotating roster, Monday to Sunday. Our permanent employees are required to have a flexible schedule to meet contractual hours

**Essential Requirement**:

- Our client has a strict requirement for _male workers only_
- Our client has a hearing impairment, and therefore, we need Support Workers who can communicate effectively in clear, spoken English.
- Our client has some agressive behaviours, we need someone who has had experience managing these types of behaviours.
- previous experience working with clients that have complex disabilities (mental health, Autism, bi polar, schizophrenia ect)
- High level customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Functional computer knowledge

- NDIS worker screening clearance
- Covid19 Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR certificate
- Current & valid drivers licence
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS New Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Safe & Enjoyable Meals Module
- NDIS Effective Communication Module
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle

**Desirable**
- relevant certification in disability
- Certification in Mental Health
- Knowledge of Shiftcare Application

**Salary**: From $40.26 per hour

- Afternoon shift

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
