We are looking for a talented, passionate hospitality professional to lead the team at Criniti's Carousel Perth, Western Australia. We want someone with experience in a restaurant front of house and back of house setting, i.e., a bar and waitstaff professional.

If Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Day to day operation of the Restaurant
- Service standards and excellence
- Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
- Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages
- WH&S compliance, incident reporting and investigating
- Special Projects as required

Skills & Requirements

Required
- Valid Australian working rights
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
- RSA
- Hospitality / People Management experience (Minimum 1 years' experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
