L.A. Donuts is seeking a skilled Kitchen Hand Cleaner - All rounder.

Work hours are:
**Thursday to Monday hours 7.30am to 3.30pm Full Time/Part Time**

**Immediate start**

**Responsibilities**:

- Punctuality and discipline: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to the established work schedule.
- Dish washing and cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use.
- Food kitchen floor cleaning, bathrooms and other
- All Rounder duties - glazing and frying donuts, filling in for staff

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations related to donut frying operations.
- Prior experience working in a kitchen or bakery environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Physical stamina and team lift heavy items when necessary.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Flexibility and availability
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen, including floors, countertops, trolleys, and storage areas.
- Empty and clean garbage bins regularly to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assist in organizing and stocking kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
- Provide support with front-of-house responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize Deputy to track your availability and accurately record your working hours.
- Assist with food preparation, such as measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and shaping dough for donuts, glazing and more
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, such as preparing fillings, icings, or other ingredients.
- Check deliveries and pack them away, escalating any missing or out-of-stock items

Pay: $24.95 - $26.55 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
