We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, empathetic, patient, fun and creative individual to join our dedicated Leisure and Wellbeing Team.

This position aims to support people living in aged care as individuals, while partnering with family and the community, to provide meaningful, purposeful and enjoyable experiences in line with the resident's lifestyle preferences. The successful applicant will be involved in building connections with the residents, encouraging them to express themselves through different forms of arts, crafts and other activities and experiences.

**About you**
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle Activities (desirable)
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to demondstrate empathy and understanding to our clients and their families
- The ability to use initiative and work under pressure
- Calm and compassionate
- Enthusiastic about helping residents to achieve their goals, aspirations & interests
- Excellent relationship/interaction skills, can develop a good rapport with residents & carers
