**Position Title**:Family Services Worker***

**Classification**:Social Worker or related discipline - Grade 2 (level dependent upon experience)***

**Salary per hour**:Dependant on qualifications***

**Employment Type**:Ongoing part-time 45.6 hours per fortnight

**Role description**

The Integrated Family Services (IFS) Support Worker position sits within the Family Services Team at Dhelkaya Health and works collaboratively with a range of agencies within the Mount Alexander Shire and surrounds to provide a predominantly outreach-based response to disadvantaged or vulnerable families who are referred to the service through The Orange Door.

**About you**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, Child & Family Welfare or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in family work, case management and cross-sectoral collaboration
- A commitment to working from a Social Model of Health with an Integrated Team approach
