**Here’s our checklist of what we’re looking for in our next Running Sensei**:

- You count running as a part of your personality. Your passion for movement is contagious, and you inspire others to pound the pavement and embrace the joy of running (in ASICS gear, obviously).
- You love running and are immersed in the running community. You stay up to date on the latest technology and trends and regularly participate in running events and attend run clubs.
- You’re a running shoe and apparel aficionado with a deep understanding of different brands, models, and fitting techniques.
- You’re a seasoned networker with exceptional communication skills. You can strike up a conversation and effortlessly build relationships with anyone, from newbie joggers, elite athletes, and outside vendors.
- You have a track record in lead generation and business development. You're not afraid to get out there to uncover new opportunities and forge new partnerships.
- You have the ability to plan and build reporting on weekly running activities, activations, and communication.
- You’re not looking for your typical 9-5 desk job. This role is frequently on the go.

We’re hoping you’ll put all these skills in to play so we can achieve growth in our brand awareness across the ASICS performance running business. Our goal is to have our Running Expert be the true face of the ASICS brand and partner with accounts to execute field marketing strategies that amplify ASICS’ leadership position in the athletic footwear and apparel industry. They are the leading champions of the brand, building awareness and loyalty with accounts and end consumers, working in unison with the respective sales account managers to ultimately achieve a strong sell-through.
