Abacus CBD is on the lookout for Part time, Full time or casual Baristas to join our team on an ongoing basis. Average of 30-38hrs per week. This is a very dynamic role as we foment a culture of teamwork and cross-training where we are all contributing to the team and the venues success. This role also includes other bar duties like a bit of food handling as well.

This means proper and thorough onboarding training where you’re not thrown into the deep-end but instead you are supported until you are ready to perform the role to your best abilities.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years in a similar environment and role preferable in Australia
- Sensory skills
- Dialing in recipes
- Working independently and in a team of up to 3-4 baristas in a single shift
