**Your team responsibilities**

- MSCI ESG Research, part of MSCI Llc, is seeking to expand its Climate expertise in APAC with a commercially driven and result oriented individual with regional responsibilities. MSCI ESG & Climate Research is a fast growing business and our clients span some of the world’s largest banks, hedge funds, pension funds and asset managers. In this exciting and dynamic environment, you are responsible as an MSCI Client Consultant to support existing client relationships as well as new business development in the fast evolving field of Climate Risk Solutions. This position is aimed at introducing, expanding and increasing the usage of the industry-leading suite of Climate solutions that support the integration of Climate Risk factors into investment decisions.
- In addition to assisting management level relationships, the role also demands a consummate relationship builder, both internally and externally, in order to impart knowledge and create content that is relevant to the stakeholders. Key to this role is working closely with the coverage team and the clients, and the Climate Risk Centre. In this role, individuals will work very closely with global experts in the Climate Risk space internally and externally.

**Your key responsibilities**

- This role will provide you with an opportunity to work with one of the largest ESG and Climate providers in the world
- This role will manage the APAC Climate Consultant team with 4 direct reports across the APAC region
- This role will primarily engage with financial market participants, such as institutional investors, corporates, regulators, industry bodies, and the broader financial sector, on tackling the ever increasing risks and opportunities from climate change and the drive to net zero
- This role will support MSCI clients with their climate change challenges and strategies, TCFD requirements, regulatory demands, climate risk and opportunity management, and their ambitions towards net zero
- You will be at the forefront of ESG & Climate research and product development in the financial sector, supported by a team of 40+ global climate specialists
- A unique role in the ESG climate change landscape, and one not to miss

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Comfortable in learning and managing a constant stream of content
- Excellent track record in helping to develop new business and growing established revenue streams
- Experience in a commercial/climate related position in financial services
- Good understanding of the ESG/Climate market and how ESG/Climate factors impact the investment process would be advantageous
- Experience of this within the SRI/ESG industries is a plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
