**About Us**

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as a Full-time Marketing Coordinator, supporting our business's ongoing growth.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to plan, execute, and maintain integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, website, blogs, eDMs, merchandise, and public relations.
- Create and manage a content calendar for social media, oversee the development of creative assets, track performance metrics, and report results to management.
- Coordinate the production of marketing resources and support the execution of brand and campaign activities.

**Key Duties**
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and communications.
- Conduct regular audits of marketing content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and compliance with advertising regulations.
- Assist in the launch of new products and contribute to initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen marketing effectiveness.

**About You**
Qualifications and experiences required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Organisational and project coordination skills.
- Analytical skills for campaign reporting and optimisation.
- Creativity and brand alignment awareness.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for Chinese-speaking market engagement.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (including internships or junior roles).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and campaign support.
- Experience in content creation and social media engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support brand expansion.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the technical proficiency to analyse data and manage digital tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
