**The Role**

Spotless is engaged by the Department for Education and Child Development (DECD) as the PPP (Public Private Partnership) contractor for Facilities Maintenance of the six (6) PPP Schools in South Australia. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and reliable Casual Site Caretaker to join our team. In this role you will deliver maintenance services and repairs, relating to buildings and fixed plant & equipment under the commercial contractual arrangements between Spotless Facilities and the Department of Education and Child Development.

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A variety of trade experience with a minimum 3-5 years post trade within a commercial and maintenance environment
- Demonstrated experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
- Experience using hand or power equipment related to specific trades
- Experience in using mobile devices for the issuing, receipting and completion of requests
- Understanding of Value for Money and demonstrated ability to improve cost effectiveness
- Suitable Tradesperson qualifications (preferred)
- Current first aid certificate (preferred)
- Valid driver's licence with no restrictions
