- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage inquiries and provide information about our range of fence and gate products.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for internal staff.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
- Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication between various departments within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with the fence and gate industry is a plus.
