As we continue to grow our brand presence in the Gold Coast region, we’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic **Marketing Specialist** to join our leadership team and help drive our next phase of strategic growth.

**About the Role**

As the **Marketing Specialist** at Quest Robina, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen relationships with our corporate partners, and increase direct bookings. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Business Development Manager to deliver campaigns that align with both local and national initiatives.

This role blends hands-on digital marketing with creative storytelling, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute local area marketing campaigns in alignment with Quest brand guidelines.
- Strengthen our online presence through website optimisation, SEO, and Google Business profile management.
- Collaborate with local business and community groups to foster partnerships and generate awareness.
- Manage media assets and promotional collateral including photo shoots and guest testimonials.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms, with regular reporting to management.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for brand growth within the Gold Coast market.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or retail.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and optimise campaigns.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering high-quality, guest-centric outcomes.

**Preferred But Not Essential**
- Experience working with hospitality or hotel property management systems (e.g., RMS, SiteMinder).
- Familiarity with local tourism boards and destination marketing networks.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
