Additional Information:

- These roles are:

- Permanent Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight (Forklift Driver)
- Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight (Forklift Driver)
- Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight (Replenishment)
- This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday 3:00am to 11:00am (Forklift Driver) or 6:00am - 2:00pm (Replenishment).
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- The internal title for these roles are Fulfilment Operations Co-worker.

**About this work area**
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

- A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.

- Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
- An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.

- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
