**About the company**:
They are renowned within the Civil Construction market for undertaking many successful jobs within Sydney in a number of projects including Bulk / Detailed Excavations, Demo and TfNSW works. They are well regarded for their vibrant culture and their ability to nurture and grow their staff.

**About the Role**:
The Company are seeking multiple experienced Civil Site Supervisors who can hit the ground running. You will be required to have a good understanding of Australian WH&S standards and an ability to read and relay project plans. You will also display the ability to effectively carry out tasks to meet deadlines.

**Duties**:

- Interpret drawings without assistance
- Comply with Australian WH&S documentation requirements
- Oversee the construction and safe practice of various projects
- Liase with clients and crews as required
- General Supervision of site works
- Operate plant machinery when required
- Drive Sub-Contractors to complete work to a high standard
- Set up rotating laser to establish levels

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevent qualifications and project experience
- Strong history of meeting deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate with foremen and operators
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- An adaptive nature
- Plant operating experience is a plus however, not required
