**Office Based Sales & Customer Service**

In this Customer Service role you will provide essential sales function support to our customers and field sales team. You will regularly engage with our customers, field sales, warehouse & production teams to ensure our customers receive premium service & support.

To be a valuable member of our team you will be enthusiastic, collaborative, customer-focused, communicate clearly, and possess high-level data entry and systems skills

**Key Responsibilities for this role will include**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain very positive B2B and B2C relationships
- Efficient & accurate uploading, processing, and handling of all customer sales orders.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems & complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Manage responses to promotional campaigns
- Schedule regular calls
- Coordinate sales effort with team members & other departments
- Supply reports to management on customer needs, feedback, problems, interests, competitive activity & potential for new products & services.
- Identifying sales needs & opportunities though positive conversations and interactions and forward to sales team. Cold & warm calling may be required to acquire new business & build sales pipelines.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid product knowledge, including pricing, features, benefits & complementary products and provide solutions.
- Manage stock, pricing categories and price changes across all digital media

- A born team player with strong organisational and time management skills
- Solid experience in sales, upselling and cross-selling and needs based sales
- Have a genuine passion, enthusiasm and confidence for salesmanship
- High drive for KPI’s and profitable outcomes
- High attention to detail, paired with effective time & high-level organisational skills.
- Excellent literacy, communication & numeracy skills
- Confident, competent, and welcoming as a first point contact
- Moderate proficiency in XERO &/or Unleashed, or similar ERP systems will be advantageous.

This is a Monday to Friday Role, 8am to 4pm based at Deception Bay, Qld. An immediate start is desirable.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $59,999.99 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DECEPTION BAY, QLD 4508: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
