**Your Role**:
The Performance Improvement and Risk team is seeking a Policy Officer to contribute to key priorities to mature the department's approach to enterprise risk and business continuity management.
The Governance and Complaints team is seeking a Policy Officer to provide secretariat support to key strategic governance committees, and help mature governance capability and processes across divisions, regions and schools.
You will work in high performing teams delivering products to support frontline and corporate staff effectively and confidently perform their duties. Governance, Strategy and Planning offers a flexible and inclusive workplace where you can build your skills and knowledge, collaborate, and meaningfully contribute to the Department's strategic objectives.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Quality assuring information for alignment to frameworks and requirements.
- Coordinating governance committee activities on behalf of committee secretariats.
- Coordinating and supporting enterprise risk management reporting and business continuity management activities.
- Providing a high level of support, advice and customer service to stakeholders.
- Supporting organisational capability.

- Flexibility to work across a number of areas, in a fast-paced environment, and prioritise accordingly.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and coordination skills.
- Good communicator who enjoys working with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of systems and processes.
