**Disability Support Worker (Fluent English & Auslan) - Werribee**

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a **Disability Support Worker** who is fluent in **English** and **proficient in Auslan (Australian Sign Language)** to join our growing team in Werribee.

You will be supporting a client with communication needs by providing respectful, safe, and high-quality care. The role is currently **5 hours per week** with the potential to increase as the client's needs evolve.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support tailored to the client’s individual goals and needs
- Use Auslan to support communication and engagement
- Assist with daily living tasks and community participation
- Promote independence and choice
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold NDIS practice standards
- Complete documentation and case notes accurately and in a timely manner

**Requirements**:
**Fluent in English and proficient in Auslan**
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Previous experience in a disability or community care setting (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, and client-focused
Strong communication and documentation skills
