**Our Family**:

- We are looking for a nanny to look after our two delightful boys: *Living in beautiful Balmain, Sydney *3-4 days a week from 3-7pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs and possibly Fri) *This would involve preschool and school pick-ups, some after-school activities, and end-of-day activities, dinner and bedtime routines. All are within walking distance from our home in Balmain, but we also have a car that can be used. We are a loving, energetic family of four with two wonderful boys, aged 6 and 4. Our boys are curious, love to explore and enjoy creative play and outdoor adventures. As a family, we value kindness, respect, and a nurturing environment where everyone feels supported. We're currently undergoing some exciting home renovations, and both have demanding jobs, but we work hard to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our busy household. Raising two young boys keeps us on our toes, and we're looking for someone who can help us create a happy and balanced household routine.

**Your Duties**:

- The caregiver's primary focus will be on the safety, happiness, and development of our two boys. Key responsibilities include: *Engaging the children in creative, age-appropriate activities (e.g., arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading). *Preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks for the boys with enough leftovers for the parents *Managing pre-school and school pick-ups from 3pm *Keeping the children's play and meal areas tidy *Supporting their emotional well-being by offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear *Assisting with light household chores, such as laundry and unpacking school bags We're looking for someone who can create a nurturing and structured environment, ensuring our boys thrive while we balance the demands of family and work life.

- Our ideal caregiver is warm, patient, and dependable, with a genuine love for children. They are proactive and creative, always finding fun and engaging ways to help our boys learn and grow. Someone with experience working with young children, a calm demeanour, and excellent communication skills would be a great fit. We're looking for a caregiver who can build a strong bond with our boys, align with our positive parenting approach, and become a valued part of our family.
