Sales Associate to Leo Di Pinto & Richard Willert

We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-centric, Sales Associate with a passion for real estate, impeccable time management, and strong attention to detail to join two of our high performing sales agents, Leo Di Pinto & Richard Willert at Place Kangaroo Point.

Leo focuses on luxury residential properties while Richard is an inner-city specialist with over 20 years of experience. They are both eager to mentor and grow someone who is willing to sponge everything they can about Sales
This is not your standard 9-5, working Monday to Saturday with an RDO throughout the week
It is an exciting yet challenging opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of the Real Estate Industry. We seek a confident communicator who takes initiative and enjoys working in a positive team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Your role will play a crucial part in the overall performance of both highly successful and well-established agents. This role involves prospecting for new business opportunities to further grow listings and gain new & future clients on behalf of the agents.
Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers.
- Nurture the agents’ database.
- Assist with open home and private buyer inspections.
- Actively research and have your finger on the pulse of the market.
- Door Knocking and letter box dropping.
- Database management.
- General administration where required.
- Actively participate in all training and development opportunities.
- Coordinating client meetings.

**Requirements**:
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who is looking to immerse themselves in the industry and learn from the ground up. Ideally, you will be a friendly, organised, and confident communicator who LOVES building rapport and thrives in a result driven environment.
- Previous experience working within a sales and target driven environment;
- Must have QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or be in the process of obtaining
- Current QLD Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be very system orientated
