**What you'll be doing**
The Casual Administration Officer is required to relieve in numerous administration positions throughout the Illawarra Shoalhaven Mental Health Service sites. The position may include Community Mental Health Centre Receptionist, Ward Clerk, and general clerical or secretarial positions within various wards/ units of the Mental Health Service. The position requires a great deal of flexibility in the work undertaken and covers a broad variety of positions.

- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload.
- Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
