**Job Description** About the Role**

****We are looking for an Account Coordinator working within the Field Marketing team, reporting to the National Program Manager (NPM) on the **Peters Ice Cream** program.

As **Account Coordinator** you will be required to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders dealing directly with clients, our internal operations teams and our field team where you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic program objectives. You will be accountable for providing regular reporting and data analysis, ensure the efficient day-to-day operational running of the program, and maintenance of key sales tools, to ensure our field team has the right information to drive performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a high level of support to the National Program Manager role and program outcomes on the Peters Ice Cream program
- Monitor progress of all live programs and liaise with NPM to ensure delivery of program objectives
- Produce reports that will identify key opportunities and track team performance in accordance with client requirements and program agreements
- Program administrative tasks including data maintenance and program analysis
- Develop relationships, manage/set expectations of - Field Team, Internal stakeholders and Client
- As required adhoc work to support the team

We are looking for a confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and personable in their approach to building strong collaborative relationships and are detail orientated when working to deliver a high standard of service. You need to have an interest in retail and be passionate about the data.
- A tertiary qualification in business, marketing preferred
- One year of experience working in client service / account management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to interpret and analyse data
- Strong level of MS Excel & Powerpoint
- A solution focussed mindset
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
