**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Group General Manager for Ecommerce has full global strategic accountability for our Ecommerce business. Reporting into the Group CEO and playing a key role in the global executive team.

You will bring innovative thinking and support the global expansion of our online business, supporting multi country and multi-language platforms. Working in partnership with our group and brand General Managers and playing a key role in the delivery of commercial goals across all 8 brands.
- Deliver our world class online experience across multiple brands and multiple sites to support the needs of our customers around the world.
- Enable Brands to better understand customer behaviour and traffic to optimize engagement and sales.
- Deliver a global Customer Retention strategy and utilize our existing Customer Perks program.
- Bring frictionless experience for our customers through all phases of their shopping experience.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience of leading a global Ecommerce team within a fast paced and people led environment.
- Passionate people leader
- enabling high performance from your team and supporting each individual with a focus on Wellness to thrive.
- Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Strong financial literacy and P&L management experience
- Proven track record of delivering results across teams within a matrixed organisation
- Experience working with hybrid on and off-shore teams and technology partners to deliver exceptional results
- Experience in retail, working in agile or product lead organisations is highly desirable
