We are on the lookout for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. We are a leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art electric buses based in St Marys and we are growing

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Spare Parts Interpreter is responsible for facilitating the supply of spare parts and components for our vehicles. Your role will involve interpreting customer requests, identifying the correct parts needed, and ensuring efficient and accurate delivery to our clients and service teams. You will play a crucial part in supporting our after-sales service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret customer inquiries to identify required spare parts accurately.
- Source and order spare parts from suppliers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with our service and maintenance teams to fulfill requirements promptly.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to customers and internal teams regarding parts compatibility and specifications.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in spare parts interpretation or a related field within the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle components and parts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in interpreting part numbers and specifications.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management and order processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
