**Key Learning Opportunities**:
**Hands-on Machining**: Gain valuable experience in machining parts of varying sizes, from small components to those weighing up to 5 tons.

**Equipment Proficiency**: Develop expertise in setting up and operating manual and CNC machines, ensuring the production of quality components within budget constraints.

**Engineering Fundamentals**: Learn the ropes of modern engineering processes, materials, and safety protocols, acquiring skills that form the foundation of precision machining.

**Quality Assurance Practices**: Work on executing first-piece and subsequent inspections according to Colmar SOP and industry standards, contributing to the production of accurate and high-quality parts.

**Logistics and Maintenance Skills**: Acquire essential skills in safely handling, packing, and moving finished parts. Learn to monitor machine consumables and perform basic maintenance tasks.

**Physical Fitness and Safety**: Develop physical fitness capabilities for handling and moving loads. Gain exposure to safety practices, with potential training in crane operation.

Pay: $13.60 - $21.74 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
