Join a high-quality retailer as a skilled butcher. We are seeking passionate and experienced butchers to join our team across multiple locations in Sydney.

**About the Role**

As a skilled butcher, you will:

- Prepare and present premium cuts of meat
- Production of overwrap and specialty “ready to cook”
- Provide expert advice to customers on cooking techniques, storage advice and product selection
- Ensure top-notch quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Work as part of a fast-paced team, building friendships with your community

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as a butcher in a retail environment
- Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of various cuts of meat
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- A commitment to quality and food safety
