The Event Coordinator supports the Marketing team for YETI - both internally and externally partnering with leaders to meet creative, marketing, brand, and business objectives. Core areas of responsibility include managing brand activations, supporting social channels and partnering on events. This role will collaborate and work closely with the Creative team as well as Brand Marketing to nurture and inspire brand love, while we continue to expand our reach

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the YETI ANZ team to grow the YETI brand regionally through campaigns, events, social media and community relationships
- Support the Marketing Manager in daily activities and the executing the marketing event strategy across Australia and New Zealand
- Manage the customer relations of Organic Social channels ensuring engagement and reach
- Maintain and build relationships with key community members within relevant pursuits through events
- Coordinate and organize relevant teams to deliver engaging trade and consumer events across ANZ
- Research and align with relevant brands by supporting events and integrating product

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Degree in Event Management, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in brand event management within a retail brand
- Passion for the brand and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Knowledge of the outdoor retail industry
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail while able to grasp the big picture
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Positive, highly motivated self-starter
